How can I add an alternate/secondary billing address?

secondary / alternate billing email address is only available for customers with the Monthly Invoicing payment setting. You can request participation in the Monthly Invoicing beta by contacting our Sales team through this form: https://www.mapbox.com/contact/sales/.

For customers with Automatic Payments as their payment setting, we recommend the following workarounds to help make sure multiple stakeholders within your organization have access to billing notifications:

  1. Consider creating a group email address like "company+mapbox@company.com" and adding members to that group to receive notifications.
  2. Consider setting up automatic forwarding rules in your email client to forward any emails with the title [Mapbox Billing] Successful payment receipt to the recipients of your choosing (like a billing/finance team). They will be able to download the PDF receipt right from the body of the email.
