isMapboxStackConnected

Defines whether the Mapbox stack is connected or disconnected. If set to false, all related HTTP requests will fail with HttpRequestErrorType#ConnectionError.

IMPORTANT NOTE: it doesn't block any requests from MapGPT if that plugin is enabled
