Whether the Firebase plugin is enabled or not.

This property represents whether the Firebase plugin is enabled or not. If this property is true, the Firebase plugin is enabled and can be used to integrate Firebase services with Mapbox Dash. If this property is false, the Firebase plugin is disabled and cannot be used.
