Builds the RouteArrowOptions used to draw the upcoming maneuver arrow, given the attached MapboxCarMapSurface. Use this to customize the arrow icon pack (for example RouteArrowOptions.Builder.withArrowHeadIconDrawable and RouteArrowOptions.Builder.withArrowHeadIconCasingDrawable) and its colors (for example RouteArrowOptions.Builder.withArrowColor and RouteArrowOptions.Builder.withArrowCasingColor).
