RESET_ON_DB_MIGRATION_FAILURE

@MapboxExperimental
val RESET_ON_DB_MIGRATION_FAILURE: String = "com.mapbox.common.tilestore.reset_on_db_migration_failure"

Controls whether the TileStore deletes all existing data if a database schema migration fails. The value must be a boolean. The default is false. - **When false (Default):** A failed migration is rolled back to preserve existing data, and a `metadata-migration-failed` event is emitted. The store instance is successfully created, but it operates on the older database schema. - **When true:** The TileStore performs a destructive recovery. The entire TileStore root—including all databases, tiles, resources, and patch data—is deleted, and a fresh schema is initialized. This key must be set in non-persistent SettingsService storage before `TileStore.create()`. Migration failures usually stem from environmental issues such as a full disk, restricted file permissions, or SQLite corruption. Leave this set to false unless your application explicitly prefers a fresh state over preserving existing offline data.
