evictAllConnections

Evicts all idle connections from the connection pool of the current HTTP service instance. This forces subsequent requests to establish fresh connections. Active, in-flight requests are unaffected and will complete normally. Explicit eviction is backend-dependent. If the underlying HTTP client does not support manual pool management, this method acts as a no-op and emits a warning log.
