Add support for right-to-left scripts | Mapbox GL JS

Note: Starting with v3.33.0, Mapbox GL JS supports right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew out of the box, loading a small WebAssembly module the first time such text appears on the map.

For earlier versions, use the mapbox-gl-rtl-text plugin.
