# Display a web map using an alternate projection

This example uses the `Map`'s [`projection`](https://docs.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/guides/projections/) parameter to display the map using the Natural Earth (`'naturalEarth'`) [projection](https://docs.mapbox.com/help/glossary/projection/).
