How can I reactivate a deactivated account?
To reactivate a deactivated Mapbox account, follow these steps:
- Log into your account and go to your billing settings page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click add a payment method and enter valid payment information to be used for past due and upcoming invoices.
- Navigate to the account's invoices page, and click the Pay button to pay any Past Due invoices.
Past Due notices must be paid before reactivation
You cannot reactivate your account until you have paid your Past Due invoices as stated in our Terms of Service. You can find more information in our Account Deactivation guide.
Other forms of deactivation
If your account was deactivated, but you do not have a set of outstanding payments, you account was likely deactivated due to fraudulent behavior, which is a breach of our Terms of Service.
