coordinateBoundsZoomForCamera method

Returns the coordinate bounds and the zoom level for a given camera.

The zoom level is the zoom of camera after the map applies its camera constraints, for example the zoom limits. Otherwise this is the same as coordinateBoundsForCamera.

On web, the bounds cover only the area inside the camera padding, and they include the terrain elevation. The bounds can be slightly different from the bounds on Android and iOS.
