The Driver Notifications API is in a preview state and has a high chance of being changed in the future.

The Driver Notifications API allows developers to manage and display notifications for drivers based on real-time route progress. By leveraging DriverNotificationManager. with proposed DriverNotificationProvider implementations, you can dynamically generate and observe notifications tailored to specific driving scenarios, such as faster route, slow traffic, borders crossing alerts or other route updates.
